Looking for Turner with these requirements:

– basic knowledge of the ISO language;

– excellent ability to read mechanical drawings;

– excellent knowledge of turning processes;

– experience as a turner on cnc machine tools of at least 3 years;

– use of the main tools for dimensional control;

– on-board machine programming skills appreciated;

– Availability to work full time and shifts.

The Diploma or Qualification in the mechanical field will be preferential requirements.

The candidate will be supported and trained for a period to learn about the particularities of our product.

Purpose of permanent employment

The sought-after figure has matured a technical mechanical training and has even minimum of two years of experience in the role of Mechanical Quality Control Officer – Mechanical Tester in companies in the engineering sector.

The officer will take care of Quality Control (to the hundredth) on incoming products received from suppliers (semi-finished turning or grinding) and on the machined parts internally in the CNC department, to ensure compliance with quality standards, in accordance with the instructions and procedures of the Quality System.

It will perform tests on 3D machines beyond the usual dimensional checks with the main measuring instruments. The dimensional checks and the management of the Non Supplier Conformity will follow.

– Welcome knowledge of 3D control tools.
– Precision, reliability and flexibility.

Permanent Contract with RAL to be evaluated based on experience.
